This high energy cycling class adds a SWEATy twist to traditional cycling by forgetting the numbers and finding a VIBE. No tech, just SWEAT. SWEATcycle is a full-body workout.

While most of the ride is out of the saddle cycling, weighted songs provide additional upper body strength focus. This unique SWEAT will leave you feeling stronger, inspired & included.

This beat-based SWEAT is truly a full body workout. While most of the ride is out of the saddle cycling, your SWEAT PRO will provide 2-3 songs of OFF the bike weighted strength choreography & exercises.

SWEAT + classes are uniquely designed to increase strength, endurance, & power.

Studio SWEAT provides heavier weights and larger space between bikes for this class.

DRENCH was specifically designed to blend interval exercises, weight training, and compound movements.

Our OG SWEAT promotes cardiovascular endurance, athletic performance, & muscle gain. While the workout is ever-changing, we guarantee you leave DRENCHed in SWEAT & feeling strong af.

SWEAT PROs personally guide you in this custom small-group TRX training.

TRX utilizes bodyweight suspension as personal resistance making each movement specific to you. Your ideal frame will be achieved in this tension based, form focused, plank-driven workout.

Remember TRX focuses on quality over quantity movements making this a weekly essential for all-levels who want to leave
