CLASS policies

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. If it’s your first class, please arrive 20 minutes prior, if you are running late you are not guaranteed a spot. If you are not checked in 7 minutes before your class, your reservation will be released to the waitlist.
  • Be at your station or on your bike prior to the start of class with all necessary weights, equipment, water bottle & SWEAT towel.
  • Classes start ON-TIME. Once class has begun you will NOT be permitted into the classroom as we respect the safety and experience of all participants. Late-cancel fees apply.
  • As a tech free studio, this time is intended for you! We ask that you ignore your watches and leave your phones in the lobby. If you are on call or NEED to take calls for any reason, please leave your phone with our front desk staff. You can SWEAT easy knowing they will answer professionally and come grab you if you’re needed.
  • Must be 18+ to SWEAT with us.
  • Please wear appropriate footwear. Clean gym shoes required. SPD compatible shoes for SWEATcycle. Cycle shoes available for rental fee.

  • All late-cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be subject to a $10 fee.
  • All NO-SHOWS will be subject to a $20 fee.
  • Drop-Ins & Class Packs: result in loss of punch and are subject to fees
  • Holiday & Specialty Classes: $15 Late Cancel & $25 No Show

  • If you choose to add yourself to the waitlist you are committing to showing up for class should a spot become available.
  • If you are added to class you are subject to the late cancel & no show policies.
  • You will be emailed and/or texted if you are added to class.
  • Please be sure to opt in to Mindbody Account Management emails so you don’t miss a beat.
  • You will not be added to the class with less than 2 hours notice.
  • Want to wait? No problem, if there is a no show you may have their spot.
  • Still on the waitlist, DM or call us and we will let you know if there are any spots available.

BILLING policies

BILLING policies

  • Members are billed directly for daily studio fees.
  • Membership requires valid contact information & credit card on file.
  • Unused class packs, drop-ins and intro offers do not roll over, check expiration dates.
  • All memberships require fulfillment of contract terms and 30-Day in-studio cancellation notice.
    • Moving & Health exceptions: proof & additional terms required inquire via email
  • Memberships automatically renew at original price and duration 30 days prior to contract end date.
  • Signed in-studio forms are REQUIRED for membership agreements, changes & pauses.
  • You will be placed on auto-renewal for all Monthly Class Packs & Unlimited Memberships.
  • You will be billed monthly for memberships.
  • Unpaid memberships and past due accounts are subject to collection fees.
  • All sales are final.
