Catie wants you to do your BEST and feel your BEST when leaving any class. You can count on fun music, tough mountains and a whole lotta encouragement.
Elle
Elle brings the beats and vibes to get you partying on your bike every class. She has high energy rides with spicy choreography and challenging pushes to get your goals accomplished every damn time. Her classes get loud and rowdy, always ending with riders stronger than when they started.
Tianna
Tianna's smile is infectious. From the second you clip-in you know you are with a Friend. Tianna's playlist is full of sassy heavy beats accompanied with a fun full body work out. For 45 minutes Tianna will have you SMILING, SWEATing and pushing you to meet your goals!

Isabella’s class is upbeat, badass and will get you sweaty! She loves riding to pop and rap music. Get ready for some fast beats and killer mountains that will have you ending class drenched in sweat. Isabella loves to have fun while teaching and you will often catch her singing alongside her playlists. Tap backs with a body role are one of her favorites moves and she will encourage you to let loose and feel the music!
