Our amenities

No matter your needs, you will be received with warmth and exceptional service from our amazing team.
  • We offer individualized cubbies for personal storage.
  • We provide complimentary towels on each bike/station prior to class.
  • We offer cycling shoes to demo for $4, or if you have your own shoes, we support SPD compatible clips.
  • There is a water station available for you before and after class.
  • Our studio will ensure that you are set up and positioned properly, so you are fit for success. If it is your first time, we will make sure to provide additional assistance.
  • Once class is over, enjoy the cooling refreshment of a cold towel infused with essential oils.
  • Our studio provides changing rooms with refreshing amenities and vanity stations stocked with all of your post-SWEAT needs.

How is SWEAT different from other studios?

At our studio we go beyond basic movement. We will move you physically, inspire you emotionally and challenge you mentally. You will leave with a deeper appreciation for your body and it’s ability. SWEAT really is for everyBODY. No matter your fitness level, you are WELCOME, you will be challenged and you will find the support and encouragement you need to get you through a SWEATy workout.

How many calories can I expect to burn in a SWEAT workout?

Each person is different, but you can estimate between 400-900 calories in any given class. Calorie burn varies based on weight, effort and exertion. We ask that you take what you need from each class, SWEATing harder if that is what your body is craving or holding back if you are in need of recovery. Each workout is yours to make your own. Us? We like it SWEATy.

If I’m haven’t worked out in awhile, how do I pace myself?

Go slow and do what feels right. At our studio, you are never judged for going at your own pace. We ask that you listen to your body, completing reps, choreography and making increases when your body allows. Keep pushing and you will find that you can do more with each class.

How do I book a class?

Go to the schedule page, choose a class and follow the prompts. Remember, you can also access our classes using ClassPass, MindBody, or our app found in Google Play or Apple Store. If you need assistance getting the app set up, call DM or ask our front desk staff, we’re happy to help!

If I’m SWEATing with friends, can we book together?

You will all need to sign up for your first class and register a little information about yourself. Remember, if you are SWEATing with 5 or more friends, email info@sweatmsla.com and we can help get you set up in the same class.

Do you offer discounts if I buy more classes?

YES, the more you SWEAT the lower the cost + some pretty SWEET perks. Check out our pricing page and consider going Unlimited, the benefits are pretty RAD.

Do you offer Monthly Memberships?

All of our pricing is monthly based. From Class Packs to Unlimited SWEAT, you will be enrolled in auto-pay to keep your progressing towards your goals. Check out our policies page to see class and membership cancellation terms.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic wear. From socks to tops, wear clothes that allow you to move freely. We suggest pants or leggings that are form fitting around the ankles. We require SPD compatible shoes for cycle, which are available for $4 rent, and clean gym shoes for strength classes. We also offer head-to-toe retail if you forget anything!!

What is the minimum age and height to take a class?

Anyone 18+ can come SWEAT with us. We ask that riders be at least 4’11” to best fit on our bikes and ensure rider safety.

If I’m pregnant, can I take classes?

We can’t wait to SWEAT with you during your pregnancy and help you stay fit. Please consult your doctor and discuss his or her recommendations before joining a class.

Do you offer showers?

We believe SWEAT is cleansing. We offer plenty of amenities to freshen up in our changing rooms leaving you salty and ready for your day.
