DRENCH is our signature strength training class held in our private weight room — designed for focused movement, intentional coaching, and powerful results.
Expect an ever-changing lineup of strength-based programming using equipment like dumbbells, barbells, benches, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more — all guided by our SWEAT PROs who bring their own energy, style, and expertise to every class.
Smaller class sizes mean more attention. More guidance. More space to get stronger — inside and out.

DRIP

DRIP is small group strength training — designed for those who want guidance, challenge, and community results.
Expect an ever-changing blend of strength training, suspension exercises, sled pushes, ropes, turf drills, and compound movements — guided by our SWEAT PROs who are here to push you, coach you, and celebrate you.
