A class with Catie starts with a smile, as she happily guides you on a SWEATy journey. In the cycle room or in the weight room, Catie encourages you to push a little harder, go a little heavier & just a couple seconds more. Catie wants you to do your BEST and feel your BEST when leaving any class. You can count on fun music, tough mountains and a whole lotta encouragement.
Caitlin
In Caitlin’s class, clip in and tune out - it’s all about pushing yourself, losing yourself in the beats and having a blast with fun and SWEATy choreo. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or it’s your first time on the bike, ALL are welcome in Caitlin’s class and she’ll make sure you leave feeling like a baddie.
Sarah
Sarah’s background in hip hop and other dance forms keeps choreo funky and hearts on fire! Sarah is a firm believer that community and beat based movement can carry us through the best and worst of times, and that belief is the backbone of every ride. Sarah’s classes will help you shake it off, boogie down, and climb mountains both in and out of the saddle!
